Passengers 18 years and over must have a certificate showing they were fully vaccinated at least 2 weeks before. Accepted vaccines are: AstraZeneca (SK Bioscience), AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Covaxin, Covishield, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm, Sinovac, or Sputnik V. Passengers over the age of 5 entering or transiting through Antigua and Barbuda must also have a negative COVID-19 antigen or RT-PCR test taken at most 4 days before departure. Passengers transiting through Antigua and Barbuda who stay overnight must self-isolate at a designated hotel or facility while doing so. Passengers are subject to medical screening upon arrival and could be subject to a COVID-19 test at their own expense. Passengers arriving from or who have transited through Belgium, Botswana, Hong Kong, and South Africa in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter.
